Thank you for shopping with Dry Wheels. We are committed to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly auto care products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged in transit
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Leakage or manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of damage (clear photos/videos) must be provided
  1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or partially used products
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability
  • Orders placed under clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged)
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at: care@drywheels.in
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Description of issue
    • Photos/videos
  3. Our team will review within 3–5 business days
  4. If approved, pickup/replacement instructions will be shared
  1. Refund Policy
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
  • COD orders will require bank details for refund processing
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless error is from Dry Wheels
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
